A new home warranty is intended to cover deficiencies from home construction. Maintenance is not included in a home warranty and is the responsibility of the homeowner. New and old homes require maintenance and upkeep. Even new homes can stay new longer with our regular, professional maintenance.

What is a reassessment?
Reassessments are inspections performed each time we visit your home, whether quarterly or monthly. During this inspection, we determine and perform any needed preventative maintenance or remedial work.

What is the difference between a quarterly and a monthly visit?

During your intitial home maintenance inspection, our technician will recommend either quarterly or monthly maintenance visits for your home.

Our quarterly visits are scheduled every three months. During these visits, our technicians reassess your home and perform any needed remedial work. For larger homes, monthly visits allow our technicians more time to perform reassessments and remedial work that wouldn’t be possible with quarterly visits.


What is remedial work?

Remedial work is work performed during a regularly scheduled maintenance visits. This work is generally preventative, designed to maintain your home and ensure your home continues to run smoothly.

Do I have to pay for your services up front?

Nope. You won’t be asked for any money until our services are completed and you are satisfied. We mail invoices following each visit to your home. Payment for each invoice is due within 30 days.


How long do I have to wait for your technicians?

Our technicians schedule a specific time for most of our services. Some of our customers use a lock box option, allowing us to perform our work while you’re away at work or other activities.
